My experience with Donnie’s Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish! I called them Monday morning in urgent need of a new water heater. I spoke to a live person and she said that Donnie, the owner, would call me. I received his call in less than 30 minutes and I explained my issue. Donnie showed up 3 hours later to look at the equipment. He verified that I needed a new heater and he suggested a higher-end model and explained the benefits. Donnie and his team showed up the very next morning to install the new water heater and we had hot water that afternoon!
Overall I found Donnie to be very knowledgeable, very professional, honest, and just an overall nice guy. He was very accommodating and his pricing was extremely fair. Looks like I’ve found my go-to plumber!
